Our child (17) was visiting a course at College of Iowa today and had been fulfilled in the airport before 4pm. Therefore we left in the incorrect final (building redirect) and surely got to sign in 42 units before our trip and were aimed towards the kiosks for check in. Once The kiosk informed us to check on with sign in, were informed that she'd need to consider another trip and visit examine in. Pardon me - inform me the entire tale Ms. Laurine Woodson. You suggest she might be about the trip but couldn't examine her luggage? We visited sign in and also the guy would examine us through once I described the problem. Nevertheless, he requested Ms. Woodson to get a orange label and he or she declined! Not just that she was rude and unsympathetic.inform me my choices Ms. Woodson - is not that the work whilst the boss. I subsequently requested on her boss and was informed that she was in the entrance. How do I keep in touch with her with no solution I requested? She smirked. After determining to deliver her without her carrier and viewing her down, I returned to check on the carrier to get a later trip. Beautiful Ms. Woodson subsequently explained which wasnot feasible - what about some customer support? Tell me my choices be individual. Never again Delta Airlines
