Unemployed Borrowers Get Daily Calls and No Auto Payment Help

I have been out of work for over a year and have been struggling to make ends meet. My husband lost his job as well. We have tried on several occasions to make payment arrangements or have our loan modified, and Citi Auto has done nothing to try to help us. They have called several times a day. They have called my mother-in-law and other family members. They have threatened us and talked to us like we are the lowest thing living.

I don't understand why they send you a letter saying they can help with payment arrangements and plans. This information is misleading. They are charging all kinds of fees, and I end up owing more. I am at my breaking point with them.

I am just going to have them repossess this auto so they will leave me alone. I am going through enough stress right now, and they are making things worse for me and my family. I sometimes feel like dying, this is so bad and abusive.
