Great service, poor quality control political corruption consumer rip-off fraud

After my car was hit, these guys appeared to be competent and professional; however, it turned out that their customer service was the only good thing about their company.

The first time I went to pick up my car they forgot to install a large panel behind the front bumper. I found this amazing as something so large would stand out.

There were many more problems, misaligned panels, poor paint blending which left pockmarks, unrepaired damaged parts and the list goes on.

The customer service was so superb that whatever I pointed out was fixed immediately with no questions asked.

Later on I noticed that the pin striping was peeling and was taking the paint with it. On top of that the paint was so fragile that it was chipping everywhere.

Again, this was fixed very quickly with no questions asked.

I would never want anyone take their car there unless they were ready to give it a good inspection upon completion of repairs. I am happy that they back up their work.
