I financed a kia thru this people when it was Centrix, I paid the car off and then I was told that I still owed them almost 6 thousand dollars. I told them fine come and get the car it wasn't worth that. Of course they didn't so around Christmas of this year I got a phone call and they said if I would pay three payments of 253.88 then I could get the car title and it would be over. So to get them off my back I did it. After the three checks cleared the bank I got a letter stating I still owed 4000.00 I called and told them what they had said and done. I explained that I held up my end. The woman then started yelling at me and telling me I didn't know anything and that they would sue me. I told her fine sue me. They continue to call almost everyday even though I have told them not to because they are not going to get another dime from me. Everytime I explain what happened at Christmas I get another story. Now I'm told that the two people who made that deal didn't have the authority to make that deal and they have been fired (go figure). The way I feel about it is that they are a rip off and they made the deal and I stuck to mine. I keep telling them to pull the tape from that day and take me to court but they won't leave me alone. If i had the money I would sue them for harrasement. It makes me so mad. I think someone should do something to them.
