Steer clear of this dealership! Empty promises and no returned calls!

I went to this dealership at the end of April to buy a car. Very happy with the car and the sales rep, Andrew, until I left the dealership. They sent me home with a 20,000 car and only one key that would cost me $500.00 to duplicate. I also noticed some small scratches that I requested touch up paint for. Andrew told me that he would order them that day and mail them to me once they came in. I won't detail the lies, numerous unreturned phone calls and problems that ensued to finally get my key.

I will say I finally got it three weeks later after EXHAUSTIVE effort on my part.in the process of trying to get my paint, the dealership added 5 new large scratches to my car that remain unrepaired and my frustration at their incompetence and obvious lack of concern led the GM to say to me You know what I'm going to do for you? Nothing. You come in here with an attitude, NO, I'm not doing anything for you. When I told Brooks, the Sales Manager, later of this incident, his response was Yeah, we don't generally respond well when customers come in like that. Really???

So, when their incompetence causes frustration, they shut down and refuse to help altogether. I'm currently at 4 unreturned phone calls from the Sales Manager and still don't have the paint. Clearly, this attitude trickles down from the top. Soif you are looking for a dealership that believes in customer servicethis is definitely one to avoid!
