Phil Thearle's Is Greedy Charged me over $2000 to have the car appraised and stored for 2 weeks. Ridiculous admin fees, tear down fees, small BS fees like jacking the car up $25, and mopping up fluid $45, etc

Insurance appraiser couldn't appraise the car as it sat in the driveway, so I had to tow it to a body shop. Phil thearles basically charged over $2000 to take some parts off my car, appraise the damage, mop up some fluids, and forklift the car 25 feet to a tow truck. Rip off artists. They get away with this because insurance companies pay it. Held the car hostage and I had to pay the ransom to get the car out. There are better options for body repair in San Diego, such as the BMW dealer in Escondido.

I would have been fine with paying half that because they did about 8 hours of work. The attitude's of the staff are very arrogant. I am glad they didn't repair my car.insurance is reimbursing me, but I'm still feel like I got the shaft. I despise greedy, sneaky establishments. Karma is a SOB, so they will get theirs...
