Fraudulent activity

These good for nothing bumbs are fraud. They tow cars and then they call police to report they are towing from a different address and state it is on private property. I parked my car on a street in san francisco directly in front of my apartment building at 6pm on april 27th. I went in the house and when i came out at 5 am i found my car gone.

The police said they did not have it. I found my license number and called police again and they ran a search. They told me that this company towed my car from duboce ave at 11:59 pm saying it was in a private property no parking. I called the tow company and they said yes they have my car and it was towed from valencia st. A different address than what they told police.

I went there to the garage and was told i could not look at the car to see if there was any damage or to see if it was stolen and moved to the address they say. They would not let me in the garage. They said i have to pay 500.00 in full before i could see the car.

I found a neighbor who is a witness and said he was outside at 12 midnight and saw a white tow truck in front of my building but he did not kow who's car it was they were towing. This company stole my car in an attempt to defraud me out of money. They should be closed down and the driver should be arrested for theft of an auto.
