These records were sent to Williams and Associates.in addition to the medical records I wanted to clear up some statements you may or may not been aware of.

1. Our three day instructor Tom on multiple occasions stated that he is brought in to recommend the hiring of at least ten individuals and he is not paid to only seek out a few individuals. If four were hired then six were not and yet will be responsible for the bill?
2. Tom further stated that if someone did not get hired at Schmelz he would see they got placed in another agency as that was a life time service.
3. You can see from the medical directions that I was to sign nothing of importance during that time. This leads to the conclusion that I was incompetent to sign any contract.

4. This company operates in multiple states and charges $695 training fee prior to hiring which is unusual. Many of those charged are not hired. Leaving the possibility of a class action suit open for consideration.

5. What is written and what is said by the instructor hired by Williams and Associates are two totally different things.

6. If they work in ten states and have 100 clients and hire 40 then 60 people are left with a $695.00 bill that is turned over to collections (
Shaffer and Associates after thirty days. Many are unemployed and are pawns in a one sided scheme.
