I had taken my car towed to Allstate Transmission for some repair work back in September 08. They conducted a diagnostic and concluded that they Heads was cracked and needed to be replaced. Supposedly new heads, valve cover gaskets was replaced. Total came to 2100.00.

Car was returned to repair shop in January 09 for overheating and to replace overflow tank. Car ran for about 2 months and began to overheat again along with other problems; car was taken to Ford dealership and technicians found a lot of problems wrong that should have been repaired in the beginning like valve cover gaskets cracked and wrong size, PCV valve installed wrong, etc. Repair cost off the top 1400.00 and could be more.

I contacted repair shop and informed them of the problems and they stated they was not responsible for problems now. As of now, I do not have a vehicle. All I want is for them to either refund for the repairs or fix the car.
