Euro Source Auto - Adrian Leviscu Owner, Takes payment and LIES about shipping then avoids calls and continues to lie about products

I had placed an order with Euro Source Auto for a replacement engine for my car. Adrian said that he had multiple engines I was looking for. I proceeded to authorize and the charge and order then engine at the end of March. He told me he had shipped the motor and that it would arrive 4/8/09.

4/8/09 came and went. I contact the shipping company he uses and they had no record of any shipment coming to my auto shop nor were there any shipments leaving Lavonia, Georgia for SoCal. I contacted Adrian on 4/13/09 and he said that the shipment must have somehow been lost.

The shipping company told me there would be a tracking number which Adrian was NOT able to provide. This leads me to believe that he never shipped the motor to begin with. He did not seem concerned in the slightest about a lost motor. He then told me that he just had another one come in (still in the car) and that he would pull that one and ship it out to me.

I called him again on the 17th and he claimed his computers were down and couldn't pull any information for me. The following week he claimed his network was down.

He always says he will email me information and call me back. He NEVER asks for my name and I call from a blocked caller ID.

He is currently screening and avoiding my calls. I have called back to back for a solid hour with no answer. I had someone else call from a different phone number and he will answer.

Meanwhile, he is still listing parts on the car part database that he belongs to. Do not buy anything from this guy. I now have to dispute this with my credit card company. I have no doubt in my mind that if I had paid him directly, I'd be out $1200. This guys is a complete fraud.
