Hidden fees / never ending charges / no service received

I attempted Acaiberry in November and quickly terminated it. Nowadays, December 27 I recognized that I Have been billed 29.95 for many health support since Nov. 2008. The costs are from "Our Healthful Centre" and "Our Coach". I named my lender, plus they geve me their telephone numbers. After I named I had been informed that-along using the Acaiberry purchase in Nov. 2008 there is little printing and a contact stating that there is this 21-day free membership and also to stop you had need to contact another quantity. Since November I received nothing! Not just one mail or telephone call. The info offered was associated with the Acaiberry info and never noticeable whatsoever. I've been spending 29.95 going back 12 months totalling approximately. $359.

Used to do have the ability to obtain a 6-month reimbursement from their store, and perhaps I am prepared to consider some obligation for not completely studying the Nov. 2008 mail. I dtill do not believe their company methods are moral. How will you cost somebody and and obtain no support? No communications? No nothing?

Avoid these folks. Does anybody know of the class-action or additional suit from this organization?
