Leaky Pump

Push Number 2 released fuel onto my palm from the trickle where the line links towards the push handle. The pumping of gasoline turn off due to the trickle.

I advised the cashier, and he explained the dog owner understands, but won't resolve the trickle. I requested the cashier to place a danger signal about the push, but he declined.

I would like to understand what governmental organization to criticism to.
