Hempstead mitsubishi is a dead beat

We are a vendor to this company since they don't have the right equipment to mount & balance tires or fix wheels. They had us do work for them last year in 2008 over the course of 2 or 3 months then stopped & refuse to pay us.
The work was done to their satifaction but the owner personally said for the owner of Al's Hubcaps to F*koff & he will not pay.
I can only imagine the service they must give after the purchase if this is how the owner of the company acts.
As we have signed invoices to what is being stated & witnesses to what the owner had said, we are not worried about the legality of what is now being posted.

Personally I would be worried about bringing a car in for service to a dealership like this, you never know if someone will take something out of the car or if such an act would be company policy.
