Stolen deposit

I've quit a 500 bucks money deposit at that dealer but decideded to not purchase that vehicle. I've been informed that I'll get my money-back within 2 weeks but I've previously waited thirty days and didnt get a cent from their website. I ahve contact numerous occasions and was usually quit using the same solution - " you'll contain it quickly". Iam getting them to little state courtroom since I have have obvious recid in one of the income individuals. I'll not allow them con me like this.
