Houshold Automotive Finance / Coggin Nissan Of The Avenues, ripoff

Household Automotive basically screwed me on a car loan I returned my car to the dealer and asked for my money back the dealer took the car back and would not return my down payment of $1000 and a pick up payment of $500.

Living and working out of town I had no choice but, to try and get a new Car with Coggin Nissan at the Avenues. I also had put a down payment on another car when I asked about the old loan houeshold said it was paid for but when I check my credit it shows up. What can I do? Also the new car does not run good at all. Household also has taken money out of my account without asking.

After contacting Household about the loan i was told it was not their problem and i should get an Attorney. I also contact Nissan Manager Sam Coggin @ Nissan at the Avenues he got mad and told me he did not care how many Attorneys i get he had a hundred attorneys.

After many repairs still there is no no one willing to help. It just cost me more money for something that should have been taken working. On a fixed income i do not have Money to thow away i also was charged to much money for this loan Help!
