Very mean employees

So, I visited this dealership to look at a car that I liked. I took it for a test drive and then we went inside to see what they can offer me for my trade and what kind of monthly payments they can offer me. I waited for a long time, but I was told that it will only take 15 min. After they showed me the payment plans, I said that I can't afford it and I didn't want to give up my car for so little money. Than a manager came to talk to me, he told us that he could lower the payments a little, but it was still too much for us. I was in a hurry so I said that I had to leave and I asked him to give me the keys to my car. Manager then told me that I was just wasting the salesperson's time and told me and my wife to get out and wait outside untill he brings me the keys. I haven't seen such awfull custumer service anywhere before. And I haven't had anybody kick me out the store because I didn't want to buy what they were offering me... I would never go back to that dealership again if I decided to buy a car.
