And Automotive Services What was supposed to be a simple repair turned into a nightmare

I took my car in to replace my water pump and they broke my crankshaft by getting antifreeze in it. They did replace the crankshaft and i got stuck with a $1200 bill and car still is not running right get crappy mileage.in addition to breaking my power seat, door handle and spilled something on my hood which ate through my clear coat. And to make matters worse when i brought my car back to discuss these issues with the owner Tom he yells at me and challenges me to sue him, which i will.

After this incident i got online to research the company and come to find out he does not belong to the better business bureau and has a rating of a D-. Also found out that he has other complaints about him yelling at customers and repairs ending up being nightmares. So Beware off Tom and his so called repair shop Dana's. The only thing he can repair are the deep holes in his pockets with his customers cash!
