Inc. Ripoff, read BBB.com report or Usa Consumer Complaints.com cheated employees and screwed the customers even more

I used to work for this company, and I want to apologize to all the customers of this company. I have no choice by telling you lies when I worked there.

This company has many website: parstcomponents.com; autopartsland.com; auto-headlights-taillights.com; 2autobodyparts.com; auto-body-parts-online.com, myautobodyparts.com; 1autobodyparts.com; autopartsdiscountcenter.com and many others.

If you still have parts that still in BACK ORDER, and over a month after you place the order, you better dispute the charge to your credit card company. If they tell you that the parts was in back ordered to Taiwan, most of the time are not true. I worked for 11 months, and I only saw 2 containers came from Taiwan. And the company didn't really order the back order parts as the priority.

If you were promised to get your refund for cancellation order, they keep telling you that the process will take up to 72 hours, better dispute the charge as well. This company doesn't have enough fund to make that refund.

If you cancel your order, this company will charge you 25% for restocking fee, even you placed the order over a weeks and they haven't shipped out. If over a week the parts haven't shipped yet, it means the company doesn't have the parts or NO FUND to ship your order. Remember when you place your order the shipping and handling fee already charged to your account.

If you returned the parts, no matter they sent it wrong or you didn't need the part any longer, if you want your money back better call your credit card company to get it back.

Late salary is not a big issue to this company, evenworse sometimes the employer borrow the money from the employee to buy parts from the supplier or to ship out the order. Bad checks from this company are the breakfast of the Book-keeper.

If you are a supplier to this company, I don't have any idea about what will happen with the credit you give to this company.

Last Friday, 4/8/03 every employee was forced to sign an agreement that will stop them from doing similar business with automotive parts. The worse thing 2 lawyers were invited as witnesses of the signing. Some employees refused to sign. The threaten he spelled in front of these lawyers, and the lawyers didn't say or do anything about this. That was my last day I worked for this company.
I thought the threaten would stop after I stepped out from that building, but NO.

This morning I went to the bank, again, after 3 attempts I made to cash my last paycheck from this company. The first 3 attempts to cash it were failled, because of insufficient fund. The fourth failled, but this time the teller told me that they stop the payment. The check that I have is the salary for 4/01/03 until 4/15/03, plus 3 days up to 4/18/03, plus OVERTIME payment for AUGUST- SEPTEMBER.

There are still so many illegal things that this company do.
I feel sorry for those employees of this company, I know you have family like I do, but this has to be stopped. This is not right.
