Ripoff false promises fraudulent ripoff business

I Ordered parts from 1AUTOBODYPARTS.com on Mar. 13. It is now April 19. No Parts have been shipped and I have Called this Company 6 or more times in regards to my order. Once, they told me the parts were shipped and i would be recieving them in 4 days, they did not come.
I called back and was told 1 part was on back order and they wuold ship my order complete when it came in. I again called back a week later and was told my order was being shipped the next day.

I have not received anything yet to this day. My order was for the amount of over $400.00. Something needs to be done about this company. I have sent them a number of e-mails concerning this problem with no response. Each time you send a e-mail on there site, it says a representitive will contact me.

I have NEVER got a reply from this Company AT ALL. I intend to persue Legal Action if I dont hear from them soon. I WILL NOT pay a restocking fee of any kind. I want my parts now! Or, i want my money back now.
