Waiting 3weeks for item (windshield decal)

A Decal was supppose to arrive in 2 to 5 days. 3 weeks go by and nothing. Money was charged to card almost immediatly, but still no product. Its only a windshield decal so there should be no problem. So I investigate and start reading bad things. Hope I can clear this up soon and can resubmit with redeeming results. To be continued...
