I like the other complainants in this blog had an identical experience with christy and decal. Paid $37.01 for a shirt on 04/28 with website advertising 7 day delivery. Waited 2 weeks, no delivery. Sent 4 emails to decal got no replies. Cancelled my credit card payment, credit card co. (discover) sent 2 emails no reply from decal. Final refund received from discover 07/09 (78 days after i paid still with no tshirt or email reply) got nasty threatening email from christy. Reported it to discover. Decal is a scam.
