Auto Finance ripoff

I recently purchased a car financed with Capitol One Auto Finance. I was forced to purchase an extended warranty for $1500.00.

They stated that if I didn't purchase this warranty, I could not get financed. It is my understanding that there is a law against forcing a borrower to purchase this.

I was also forced to purchase GAP Insurance, which I didn't mind doing as it was only $150 over the life of the note. If anyone knows who I can contact to fight this charge of $1500.00, please let me know who it is.
