We drove 2.5 hours to view a used truck they had for sale listed on Craigslist. We should have been skeptical as the truck was listed at having 80,000 miles and various options. The truck had 102,000 miles and when we got there it did NOT have a bed liner, and power windows as we had been told. We took the truck for a test drive and considered it anyway even though it wasn't what we had been looking for in regard to mileage and options. We made an offer that was realistic for the condition of the truck. They declined as the truck has just arrived at their lot. They told us they may change their mind in a couple of weeks and that if we still wanted it, they would deliver it to us since we lived far away. They told us the truck would be detailed and Amal said he would make sure we got the first service for free. We left.

Approx., 1 week later we called and made another offer on this truck. The Steve told us he would check with the owner Nick and call us back in 1 hour. No response. I called again. He said the same thing. But no return call. The next day, no response. We call on Monday, in the evening, Bob tells my husband we can have the truck for $8800. We call back Tuesday AM and leave a message saying we will take the truck and want to make arrangements. Gitea calls me back. I tell him we want the truck and want to make a down payment over the phone and work out the delivery. He said he will begin the process and call us back. No call. Between Tuesday and Thursday morning my husband and I call Bob and Gitea several times and try to purchase the truck. No responses from anyone-it is getting odd. We are concerned because we have another truck we could buy and they are not returning our calls. They know this detail.

We finally reach a staff member Thursday AM to be told they are selling the truck to someone else! We spent days trying to execute this, AND we lost BOTH trucks! We are NOT happy!

They lied about the features and mileage on 2 Craigslist ads. The made us offers (delivery) that they used against us, as to why they were selling the truck to someone else locally. The would not return our calls and tell us they were selling it (so we could purchase the other truck). They all denied responsibility. They tried to pass the blame between all their staff members involved.

The only staff member that was kind was a man named Shawn and receptionist said 'he had been let go'???
I am completely unimpressed by the shady two-timing business (if you can call it that) practices of this company and their staff. I would NEVER purchase anything from them. They are untrustworthy, disrespectful, and incompetent! I was mad and told them all this over the phone. Do NOT deal with this company.
