Send a box the 11.20.08

I'd sent a container # 5, the bigest one to the day 11.20.08. They explained it'd arive to merlos/argentina on 1.1.09, and it still hasnt arived and its own been about 6-month sence i delivered it. When i named i contact vanessa and she said "the box may arive on march". At this time we're on april 8th, and that i still have no news about the field, such as the box i deliver before they'd took the stuff plus it had arrived to my children nearly clear. They ashured me with this box might arive okay. I do want to know if my children can get the box or the box has been lost? Therefore im asking to please contact me, since i contact work with no-one answers my calls. Additionally i do want to know when the business sjt is responsible from everything i deliver?
