ECCO shoes purchased online through. Service@ssibillpay.com. Shoes delivered not even close. On contact advised shoes replaced by dispatch company. So sorry. If I send another 60% they'll send right shoes (this time). Have tried to contact ECCO (who manufacture in China) to see what they know but no customer service contact details on their site.
