Sells broken uninspected autos, mechanics steal customer's property while repairing vehicles

They sold me an astro van that was supposed to be inspected and it was not. Vehicle started to fall apart as soon as i pulled off the lot, the engine light came on and i noticed 2 cracks in the windshield that when parked on the lot in the shade could not be seen. I called the owner to schedule a repair and arrange for a loaner car but when i came in for repairs i was told that the loaner was not available. They promised to fix the van in 4 hours and drop it off at my house when done, instead it took 2 full days and they dropped the van off 20 miles away from my home, across town, nowhere near where i live. The van needed a catolithic converter and windshield repair, with both problems there is no way this vehicle would pass inspection, but since the inspection is done on premises it is done half-ass and sold with no warranty. They claimed to replace the converter and repair the windshield, but then i picked the van up the windshield was so poorly repaired that i had to call and complain right away to get it refixed, only for the owner of the company to tell me no. When i picked up the van i noticed that the $126 pair of my sneakers that was inside was gone, also someone had went thru my tool boxes and stole a $100 bill i had stashed in there for emergency. I told the sales manager who sent me to the owner who told me he doesnt care. It is then i told him that im canceling the check i wrote them a week prior for the purchase and bringing the van back unless they want to investigate theft and repair the van properly. I also told them that i will be making a better business bureau complaint and taking them to court for my missing belongings. It is when the owner told me he's pissed off and i dont know who im 'f*ing with', he said hes coming to my house and getting the van back. I told him that im on my way to the court to file for missing property and peace order to keep him off my property. He said that he doesnt want my business and i told him that its actually the other way around, since hes dishonest and a thief i didnt want anything to do with him or his business and that they can come and get their van off my property right away. I filed a complaint with bbb, maryland attorney general and anne arundel business association. The sales manager called me trying to get the sale anyway and i told him when he works for a company that doesnt employ thieves to call me and well talk then, meanwhile the van is waiting to get picked up.
