No proof that they are not cheating me St Louis missouri

I financed a car throught this company in 2002 with a loan of 72 months on my credit report is says the loan is for 84 months. To start with i was never sent a lien title or payment book for the vehicle. I had to go online to see a statment and to know what to pay.in July i was down to one payment left that payment ended up being about 2 grand. Nobody just has that amount of money around and expect that 1 last payment will be that amount.

After talking to ford they said that they would have that one payment broken down into payments again i never got paperwork or anything stating that i would prefer to do that at all. And there was no "balloon" payment on the loan. Its now 2009 and they are still asking me for 4 payments totaling 1200, and i feel i dont owe them anything at all. They are now threating to charge off the car against my credit, and that could lead to a wage garnishment against me and not only that they said i will not receive a title to the car. I wish i knew of anything to do about this financing gone bad
