Not honoring signed contract

Purchased 09 Tahoe at ELCO Saint louis 3/25/09 offered all data authorized agreement closed all documents exchanged in-vehicle lect with my 09 Tahoe. 2 nights later seller calleds stated I actually donot qualify restore automobile may record it stolen (yes exactly the same automobile they offered me the secrets to which I've a closed agreement for.) They create harassing telephone calls daily threatening to possess me imprisoned and also to repo the vehicle. GMAC is declining to stay from the agreement. Is that this America??? Phone Chevrolet customer support... It's within the Philippines How is the fact that for an NATIONAL vehicle business!!
