Nuvell Financial advised me they charged-off my consideration to a different organization and that I couldn't maintain my payment arrangement.

They said they offered it to GMAC. GMAC explained that Nuvell offered the consideration to Allied Company and Allied Company stated they offered my consideration to Consumer Services. They stated my vehicle was charged-off October. I have attempted to create arrangements to pay for my vehicle off severals times with many of these businesses to no avail. Lately my vehicle got reclaimed and Nuvell delivered me a notice requiring cost despite the fact that they explained they didn't possess my consideration simply because they charged it down. After I requested GMAC they explained they gathered all the balances from Nuvell given that they were charged-off which is exactly what the stimulation cash paid for.

I asked if my vehicle being charged-off was contained in the write-off on Corporate Fees. If that function as the situation subsequently Nuvell continues to be paid for that reduction. I'd prefer to get my vehicle back but I actually donot understand who to pay for. This really is poor company and that I genuinely believe that I've been cheated.
