We purchased our 2008 kia optima from the east bay kia dealeron May/07. Wew noticed very shortly later the tires weremaking a different road noise. We return to East Bay Kia and were told that is normal it will become quieter as the tires adjust toroad conditions. Well as you can tell time has passed and on theabove date we were told the tires had to be replaced on the driverside of the vehicle and the car must be re aligned. I read the manuel that came with our car and on page 7—30 it states thatthe wheels were aligned and balancedat the factory to give togive the longest tire. Life. Only 10 months and we must pay again. We have been back to East Bay Kia and they cannot help in thismatter. Thank you for taking our complaint.
