Always say i am late even though i am not, account changes to many people, not standing behind agreements

I bought a 1998 ford explorer i have never had so much trouble. They did not make it clear the interest rate i would be paying, at one poiint i came on financial hardship. I told the compoany to come get the car. It set in my drive way for almost 3 months then they said they would work with me to keep it so i did. Then november of this year i let them know i had changed jobsand would be paid every 2 weeks. Daniel said he would have it fixed for me just mail in my pay stubs. I did he said all was fine then in febuary they start calling me saying i am late on my payments. I had been paying every 2 weeks they said the offer was rejected. I was never told that now they are saying they dont know if they can do it, i have only about6 months left on my vehicle it seems the closer i get to paying it off the more they add to it. They should not be able to just change the rules as they see fit. Also they dont make good on there garranties my air condition stopped the day i brought it home. I called them they said they would give me a date to bring it in. It never happened i called and was put off time and time again until they said the warrantee had expired. Also when u ask about a car report u never get one. Also when u ask the payoff balance its always changing it moves up instead of down
