Super bad service

I bought four K&N filters from them and they sent one wrong part. After sending over an hour waiting and being transfered, they want to charge 20% restocking, This is after listing the wrong part on their web site.

While waiting for them to pick up the phone, I found usacomplaints.com. I'm really sorry that I did not research better.
