First repoed, then striped while paying off, now lost title

Well, they repoed the car and we were in the process of taking money out of husband's annuity to pay the car off. Week and a half later, we paid the car off, they told me where the car was being held, I called the storage place and was told that the car had to be towed. I asked why and I was told that the license plates and all tags were taken off even though their policy was that all plates and tags were not to be romoved until after 30 days or sale date. There was no sale date established between Drive Financial and the storage yard, and the storgage yard didn't know why the plates and tags were distroyed.

We had to hire a flat bed truck to go pick up the car and good thing, no plates, no tags, and it had flat tires, and everything had been stripted. Even our Toll transponder (EZpass). I called back Drive Financial and told them that the company they hired to store the car what they had did and really didn't get much response. Then, come to find out from toll bill that they used our transponder (whether on or off car) that the bill for 3 days was $126.00.

Now we are fighting to get our title to the car and it's been paid off since December and it's March. Sarah, in Title's, is always out, when someone else tries to go in to see if the title was released, their computer just happens to crash and they promise to find out why we have not gotten it and will call us back. When they don't call back that day, I call back the next day and get another run-a-round. Ughhh. I will let you know if and when we get the title.
