Fraudulent Charges

The corporation has somehow connected itself to my ATT statement which is over annually that I've been billed for anything I've no idea what it's or how they got there. I never heard about them before and that I can't be seemingly ready to have rid of these. I've quit messages for them on a single of the figures and othe additional quantity keeps stating the mail-box is complete and weighs up. Meanwhile I've been billed over $400.00 and that I am battling ATT for them. Evidently whenever you prevent them, they appear to seem some how AGAIN. Is not this agaist regulations? How can these folks do that?
