Billed me for charges I did not authorize and was not even familiar with. On Line Only

I found this charge on my October 16 bill. Supposedly it was an $8.94 set-up fee for some company I never heard of called Laurentel. This was billed through OAN Services whom I also have never heard of. That very day I called them and was assured they would remove the charge. As of today, December 30; the charge remains on my bill.in searching for information on this company, I was shocked and enraged to find a myriad of complaints against these crooks. How in the world has this been allowed to continue? I am filing complaints at every level I can think of.
