Their sales department does not care about you after you buy a car, especially if you have a problem.
My salesman lied to me, and the dealership wont do anything about it. Go figure my salesman was fired from there only a couple weeks after I bought my car! They will tell you the car on their lot is listed for something different online (listed for more online), just to get you to pay more. I have lots of proof to back this up and all they will tell me is 'sorry, we cant do anything'. Basically they will lie to you to sell a car. Beware what they tell you, if a salesman lies to you, the dealer management will just ignore your issue! They do not care about their customer satisfaction!
I can verify that other post on usacomplaints.com is correct. Rob Eberwein the manager will ignore you, and not return your calls.
