RIPOFF Sales Contract cheated me out of $700 on my trade-in vehicle! Riverside

Al Ceasario was the sales manager who supervised the sale of the 2005 Buick Rendezvous that I purchased from Castle Buick. He put the figure $13,700 in writing on a small piece of paper that my salesman showed to me. This was the value being allowed for my trade-in vehicle. At the time, it was late at night, I was tired and I didn't have my eyeglasses with me. When I filled out the sales contract, I assumed that all the numbers were correct as we had agreed upon.

However, upon examining the sales contract at home, I discovered that I had only been allowed $13,000 for my trade-in vehicle, A SHORTFALL OF $700!! These people deliberately cheated me out of $700. I have since tried contacting both the salesman and Al Ceasario and neither one has been accessible.

Do yourself a big favor and shop elsewhere for a car!!! This dealership is run by dishonest, exploitative people who are not people of their word!!!
