Purchased 2005 Buick Park Avenue-Liberty Buick 6/19/06-$350,000 -way over blue book -exam showed corroded components-no resolution

My wife and I are Senior citizens in our late 70's. We were ripped off by Liberty Buick when we bought a used 2005 Buick Park Avenue with 15,771 miles on the odometer.

After dealing with our salesman, we were introduced to a sales manager. His fast talking convinced us we were getting a great buy for $32,250 plus tag, tax and license. We found out later we paid an exaggerated price over blue book. We waited too long to file a complaint.
We bought the car on 5/19. I took the car in for service by my mechanic on 10/26/06. It was then we found all the component parts were either rusted or corroded. The mechanic told me he couldn't work on the car because the nuts and bolts and were rusted out. I found out later the car was a demo from Michigan.

I made three attempts to come to reconciliation with Liberty Buick. 10/26 06 met with sales manager. Very rude. 10/27/06 My wife and I met with sales manager. He offered to take the 2005 and sell us a 2006 for $38,000 plus tag tax and license. We refused.

12/11/06 Met with general manager of Liberty Buick - Peoria Pontiac GMC. He offered us $25,000, less a trade difference of $5,291. His final offer was we would pay $40,458.45. Would you call this an honest car dealership? You be the judge. I also attempted to get help from AZ BBB, Attroney General and GMC Customer Assistance Center. No help.
