I reserved 3 airline tickets together, the sum total cost is $3398 and what happened is i came across my girl mentioned being an adult and my spouse being an kid. I called to fix they said no can't set!

I terminated the reservation, by their plan they ought to give me breaks of $3398 to make use of it for another reservation however they do not and after i losing over 3 hrs with their customer service dept. Lastly i acquired that:

I'll reduce about $442.32 plus tax per each ticket which is complete shed of 00

"i can't spend $150 for every ticket and take the same vacation again or another from the $3398 by their policy mentioned!"

Additionally, i've to hold back 60 days to get my money meaning i can not go my country now since my credit will again after 60 days!
