I bought a ticket from Barcelona to Bogota for june 25 (orbitz record locator#PBORB0063108614). I gave this ticket to my brother in-law for a Summer vacation, but he couldn't travel because of an immigration document. I called the customer service line for three or more days on the road, until one of the international representatives told me that I have to contact the airline Alitalia for a refund and then Alitalia (after few days) told me to contact Orbitz for a refund. Now they are saying (Orbitz and Alitalia) that I'm not getting my money back or a ticket somewhere else. I'm recently retired from the U. S Marines trying to go to School, I payed $763.20 plus some fees for that ticket, so my income is limited. I have been a loyal Orbitz customer for a long time... Who can help me? Or Who can help me to exchange my old ticket for another one? Or a refund.? Basically, i want my money back.
