Procedure did not work

I'd an appointment for photofacial and ripping on my arms, fingers, and torso region. I had been informed by Dr. Zack that I had been a great prospect for this process, the procedure contains 5 periods each one of the photofacial and also the peel. Nothing worked, this totaled $2995.00, I published them a notice long ago in November, but didn't obtain a response. This is just a complete fraud, I am looking to get my reimbursement, this can be a complete misrepesentation of the item. I'd like the corporation out-of business. Iam along the way of confirming them towards the Better Business Institution as well as considering small states. This all occurred in September and finished around Nov. The methods were completed every 2 or even more months.
