Over due refund

Our home was distoryed by ike on 9/13. Elecrit service was canelled with txu march/november. Last bill received in nov. From txu had a $47.38 credit amounts.

It's now 3/2 and i have not received a return check. I

Started calling in dec. Of 08. I've made more than 15 calls today but to no eveail.

Each individual i speak with tell me “ your refund will require four to six months

‘.

May somebody help me please.
