Failure to refund ticket

I bought a round-trip solution through Orbitz on China Airlines from La to Denpassar, Bali and return. I created the reservation for return in thirty days and named them to discover exactly what the implications were for altering the return trip since I have realized I had been not returning in thirty days but didn't possess a return day at that time. I returned to Orbitz to obtain them correct it out and based on them-and the backup of the initial schedule they sent me the ticket is good-and that there is nearly $400 on the solution! Then they visited China Atmosphere and returned in my experience they might publish to China Atmosphere to get a return. China Atmosphere declined the reimbursement

And So I bought a round-trip ticket from Orbitz that will be no-good! After I asked particularly about altering the return trip I ought to not have now been lied to since it has stuck me in Japan!
