Roger they sold my sister a vehicle that was not fit for the road

The salesman who sold my sister the vehicle, his name is Roger and they promised my sister that she was getting angood vehicle and their son promised my sister that it was okay for the noises that we were hearing the day we picked it up and brought it back 2 times was normal noises for the vehicle she purchased and promised her that it was safe and okay for her to put her premature baby in.

Well she drove the vehicle like she was told to for a week and she had the vehicle looked at come to find out the struts are broken in the front that was not a normal sound for that kind of vehicle, 2 they negelected to tell her that vehicle was involved in a collision and according to car fax there are 13 things she should know about the vehicle. My sister went back to see Roger yesterday and asked him if she could just get another vehicle even if it meant putting more money down, Roger then took her vehicle for a ride and said that he went 60 miles per hour down rt 202 and he didnt hear anything. She had a feeling that would happen so she kept one of the keys and when Roger got back to AC PROVO he wouldnt give her the second key and she said then she would just take her deposit back and his words to her were " GO F*K YOURSELF " so she said okay well then you will be hearing from the safety inspector and he did not realize that she had a second key to the vehicle and when she got in and started the car up he came running out and said he would give her back her refund and she said why so once I pull out you can cancel the check no thats okay i will bring it to the dodge dealer and then to the safety inspector and he said to her " your playing with fire " and that he hoped she had the inspectors number on speed dial.

My sister was dealing with the Police who said they would go over to Roger and let him know that if he goes near that vehicle or anything and he takes the vehicle since she is not late on any payments then he would be in trouble for theft. They have poor customer service and not to mention they have a sign hanging in their little building say that there is a $25.00 charge for rude people hope he is planning on paying each of his customers that he is rude to, $25.00. DO NOT EVER get a vehicle from them they promised her that if the car was still doing the same thing within a week after driving it that she could bring it back and they would fix it, well that is not what happened all they look for is the $ signs and not the satisfaction of their customers.
