Sold fraudulently inspected vehicle and would not give money back or negotiate

Dealer sold me fraudulently inspected vehicle and cursed me when I tried to return vehicle. Told me to "go - myself". Not much for customer service. Anyway I contacted State Police and complained. Officer reinspected vehicle and it failed miserably. Inspection station and Licensed Inspector have lost their licenses but now am stuck with unsafe vehicle that I purchased for my daughter.

I have filed complaint with the MVA Dealer Licensing Division and am awaiting outcome.

I thought I would be safe to buy locally but no such luck.
