Ripoff lied about refund

This company took my money and promised a refund with a certiicate showing I would get refund. After many calls they said that it was processed and they ran out of money and to call later. After many calls with no answer a new company is answering the phones and amazingly enough have my contract and information but will not honor they said Continental is now out of business but yet they still have a website. I believe they just changed name so they could Rip people off. I am disabled and really need that money. I think someone should have to account for some of the money.
