Refund policy

I was had reluctantly entered into a contract with continental warranty. Their sales people I found were rude and spoke to you like this warranty is the best thing since apple pie. If I had read about them on this site prior to purchacing a warranty with them I would have save some inconvience. I became very concerned when I looked at the BBB site to that they have excessive complaints and still get a B rating from the BBB. Go figure!!!

I was one of the fortunate ones to actually get a refund from them. I wrote them a day or so after getting the contract to cancel it. I really wrote them about 3 times. I did get my money back only after filing a complaint with my bank. The bank did their own investigating. My next step was a letter from my attorney. I believe the bank intervention was beneficial in getting my refund back after 40 plus day. They say within 30 day on the contract.

I hope that this information is helpful to others dealing with this company. Keep your money before looking at their contract.
