Poor pay of claims/misinformation of policy coverage

The corporation has lied about coverage so when we'd a state they first refused we actually had insurance together. The agent within meridian is extremely undereducated in insurance business. After we'd a collision the corporation has medication around for 2 months but still not paid the state. The agent we were to call is joe ganzales and he's suppose to be available from 7a. M til 4 P.M. Mon thru fri. Nicely, all the best attempting to communicate with him!!! It has got to become the worst company in the history of insurance and must be turn off if their customer service is no better than what they've found.
