EBay Financial Department - Thom Guarin - Christian Morris Lost $3200 in a scam

I found a car on the Graig list at a very reasonable price. I followed up on the e-mail I received from the seller. (I thought was one) I thought the car was in Texas. He e-mailed me and said that the car was in Salem, NC.

I could not afford to have the car shipped to Texas so he said that was his responsibilty. He gave me all the information needed to start process on sending the money which was through e-Bay Vehicle Purchase Program.

I was told the the money would stay with e-Bay until I received the car and was satifiied with it. The seller had 3 working days to send a tracking number and if e-Bay or I didn't receive one then my money would be refunded. I had 5 days to inspect and drive the car if I wanted to keep it.

I e-mail eBay a couple of times and have not heard from them. I am a widow leaving off a fix income with no car and out of $3200.
