Brian And Staff They stole parts from my car and replaced them with older, used parts

I recently went to express tire located at 9535 Mission Gorge Rd, Santee, CA 92071. I only needed brake pads changed. I had brand new rotors and drums. They made up some nonsense about how my back brakes needed work because they were causing my front brakes to fail. I told them I had a warranty elsewhere for that kind of work, they said it wasn't a warranty issue. I told them to forget it, they said they already started. I left what I was doing and went down to the shop. I paid over $250 for 2 new brake pads. On top of that they took my brand new rotors and replaced them with some used ones AND they took my drums from the rear and replaced those with some rusty old ones, like I wouldn't notice!!!
